Red Rock Capital AG: Thomas Prax appointed as Interim Board
Langenhagen – Hanover, 28 June 2019 – The Supervisory Board of Red Rock Capital AG (ISIN DE000A1RFML1) has appointed Mr Thomas Prax as Interim Board from 1 July 2019 until 30 November 2019. Mr Prax will thus manage the company for further five months as the Interim Board until the new Board, Roland Schreiber, takes office by 1 December 2019 at the latest.
