Red Rock Capital AG: Roland Schreiber appointed as new Executive Board
Langenhagen – Hanover, 24 May 2019 – The Supervisory Board of Red Rock Capital AG (ISIN DE000A1RFML1) has appointed Mr Roland Schreiber, diploma business bank graduate, as new Executive Board. Mr Schreiber is currently working as Head of Sales for Volksbank Velchede. Mr Schreiber has decades of experience as an authorised officer and board representative in the banking sector with a focus on corporate clients. He will take up office on 1 December 2019, at the latest. Therefore, the Supervisory Board continues to look for a suitable candidate as successor of Thomas Prax as of 1 July 2019.
